Mount Baldy Ski Corporation and its related companies are under foreclosure
A statement was released by G-Force Real Estate Inc. of Vancouver, which has been appointed the marketing agent for a secured creditor who has received conduct of sale from the Supreme Court of British Columbia under a foreclosure to sell most of the assets of Mount Baldy Ski Corporation and related companies.
The goal is to find a buyer who can complete the acquisition in time to operate the resort in time for the 2014-15 ski season.
Mount Baldy is located north of the Canada-U.S. border and east of Osoyoos and Oliver.
