Pinnacles shutout Edmonton club

The EIYSA Victoria Soccer Club from Edmonton stayed an extra day in Penticton to take on the under-15 Pinnacles and lost 3-0 with an altered roster.

The EIYSA Victoria Soccer Club from Edmonton stayed an extra day in Penticton to take on the under-15 Pinnacles and lost 3-0 with an altered roster. The Victoria team, which featured eight Chilean players had fill ins due to sickness and other players having to leave. The two teams played each other well and were tied at zero heading into the final half. The Pinnacles were then able to take advantage of some mistakes to earn the win. Following the game, both sides gathered for a barbecue with a few of the players from both sides playing more soccer together. The Victoria Soccer Club was in town for the Peach City Classic and won their division.
