Just over 30 people (above) take the Oath of Citizenship at a special ceremony Monday at the Penticton branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. Afterwards, Jojo Nocon Phillip (below) celebrates his new citizenship status with granddaughter three-year-old Mikayela Faye Abad by proudly waving the Maple Leaf.
