The results of the Pro Treatment Contest, hosted by the Revelstoke Review and sponsored by Revy Outdoors and Revelstoke Mountain Resort are in, giving one lucky person both prizes that were up for grabs.

The winner of the contest got a season pass to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and store credit at Revy Outdoors good for $2,000. The winner gets the opportunity to ride in style and have all the gear they need for their outdoor needs. On Monday (Oct. 30) the winner, Francois Morin, was at Revy Outdoors to claim his prize.

As Morin perused the selection of the store, he had no shortage of items to choose from. Revy Outdoors owner, Steven Cross, walked through the store with Morin to help inform him of his purchases.

Morin said he was in the market for winter camping equipment for some backcountry trips he had planned for the season. With $2,000 to spend to help outfit him, he should be well-prepared for the adventures.

Morin’s luck in the contest helped his name get picked among the more than 36,000 other entries. From British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador and everywhere in between, contest entrants spanned across the country. Some entries even made their way up from the United States.

Revy Outdoors, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, and the Revelstoke Review extended their thanks to everyone who entered the contest.
