The Summerland Ornamental Gardens will hold an information session on Saturday, March 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event, at the George Ryga Arts and Cultural Centre, 9525 Wharton St., will be an opportunity for people to drop in and learn how they can be a part of the care and enhancement of the gardens.
Those present can also learn the workings of the board of directors of the gardens.
The gardens are on six hectares at the Summerland Research and Development Centre, immediately south of Summerland.
A nonprofit society manages the gardens. Admission is by donation.
