“We really want to make sure that we have a great and happy team. That’s what they put out there, they’re meeting the clients. The team is the people,” says Owner and Head Manager, Electrical and Integration Management, Ken Watt, who started working at the company as an employee 18 years ago. Ken first wanted to work at Kimco for the diversity of services and trades offered, like HVAC and automation systems.

That diversity is still drawing new hires today. “Kimco gave me the opportunity not only to have a job, but to build on my career goals,” says Pawel Gora, a new employee with Kimco.
