Penticton reminds residents of COVID-19 safety protocols at City Hall

With COVID-19 cases rising, the City of Penticton is reminding residents to follow COVID-19 protocols when visiting City Hall.

City Hall will remain open to the public from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday to Friday, with limits to the number of people allowed on the main floor for social distancing.

Waiting indoors for the next available staff member will not be permitted.

To arrange a meeting with development services staff, residents are asked to callprior to entering City Hall. Meetings can be arranged between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. To book a meeting, residents can call development services at 250-490-2501. All meeting guests will be required to complete a COVID-19 waiver form when entering City Hall.
