Princeton RCMP are investigating the sudden death of a gas station clerk that occurred January 7.
The victim is a 47-year-old Princeton man.
“Just after midnight we received a report of a man down at the Husky gas station,” said Corporal Chad Parsons.
“Two customers walked in and they couldn’t find the employee. They found that kind of strange and they ended up looking around inside the business and found the one employee unconscious in the office.”
The men called 911 and performed CPR, but the clerk was pronounced dead at the scene.
“It is being investigated,” said Parsons.
Police hope to determine the cause of death later this week after receiving test results.
