Schools still open but buses aren’t running in Penticton-Summerland

Heavy snow has made side roads in higher elevations treacherous

Due to heavy snowfall, school buses will not be running Monday morning in Okanagan Skaha school district.

All schools remain open, confirmed SD67.

Check the SD67 website for updates on the afternoon bus runs.

Snow has been falling since Sunday morning with the heaviest accumulation overnight. Heavy snow is currently falling Monday morning and is expected to continue through the day.
