Police responded to reports of a strange package found outside of Accent Fireplace Gallery on Fairview Road on Oct. 17.
An employee showing up to work found a backpack with novelty handcuffs, razor blades, sweatpants, baby powder and diapers — both adult and larger child sizes. RCMP reported that all of the items had blood on them.
Items were examined by Penticton RCMP and were entered as evidence in case they relate to any other police matter.
