Bernadette passed away peacefully Thursday, January 25, 2018. She leaves behind her husband, Allan; children, Blair (Sheila), Alana (Ron), Ken (Debbie); grandchildren, Nikki, Shawna, Tarah, Dylan, Shelaine, Allen; great grandson, Khalon; brother, Raymond (Betty); sisters, Rosella, Shirley, Sharon (Gary) along with many other extended family members.
She was predeceased by her parents, Herman and Jeanette Schmidt and her brother, Mervin Schmidt.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Everden Rust Funeral Chapel, 1130 Carmi Avenue, Penticton on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and care aides at Summerland Senior Village for their compassionate care.
