Daryl Glen Harder

The family of Daryl Harder of Penticton, BC is saddened to announce his passing on October 17, 2022. Daryl passed away at the age of 81 years after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was born on March 11, 1941 at Haven Hill Hospital in Penticton, BC to William and Othilda Harder.
Daryl leaves to mourn his passing, Kathy, his wife of 53 years; daughters, Jeni and Amber (Yorgo) and their children, Nikolas and Stella; son, Glen (Lori) and their son, Tyler (Kayla) and their children, Tara and Nora; brother, Dale Harder of Victoria, BC; sister, Sylvia Burdock of Kelowna, BC; niece, Cheryl and his closest nephew, Roc Martin.
Daryl and his company, Kone Construction Ltd., was instrumental in the development of Penticton as a builder and land developer. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
At this time we would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Gans and Dr. Solano, as well as the nursing staff at Moog and Friends Hospice House in Penticton for their compassionate care and kindness to Daryl.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at Providence Funeral Homes Chapel at 1258 Main Street, Penticton, BC on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
