Peacefully on November 25, 2023 at Guildford Seniors Village, Surrey, BC, Elizabeth Janet Birkinshaw passed away at the age of 87.
She had resided in Penticton, BC until 2 years ago when she moved to Guildford Seniors Village to be closer to family.
Predeceased by William Birkinshaw and Guy Williams. Cherished mother of Karen (Jim), Judy (Larry), Bill (Donna) and Andy (Viola).
Remembered by the Williams family, Jeff (Maureen), Karen, Joan (Phil) and Derek (Barbara). Much loved Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the spring. The Birkinshaw family would like to thank the Williams family for the many years they supported mom and her neighbors at Sandbridge, especially Sandi. Words cannot express our gratitude.
Thank you to the nurses and care aides at Guildford Seniors Village for your excellent care and compassion, especially in her last week.
