Passed away peacefully on December 3rd.
Predeceased by her husband R.A. Bud Tower.
Survived by their daughters Cheryl, Susan and Patricia, son James and grandchildren Jesse, Christine, Justine, Roy and Austin.
Fran loved working with children. She was known locally for her long walks, hikes and bike rides in the Cawston and Keremeous area.
She will be missed by her brother Martin and sister Carol.
