Frank was born on May 11, 1930, on a farm in Manitoba, the third of 14 children. He moved to B.C. in 1966 and lived in the Okanagan until 2021. He and his wife Janet moved to Mission B.C., where he passed away peacefully on October 25, 2023.
Frank enjoyed dancing with Janet, camping and fishing, watching hockey and wrestling, and loved spending time with family and friends. He lived one day at a time.
He is survived by his wife Janet, children David (Kathy), Perry, Linda and Brenda, stepchildren Martin (Tiffany) and Heather, 16 grandchildren, and 8 brothers and sisters.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.
