It is with broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of George Kroeger on Thursday, April 26, 2018. He was born on the last day of December 1925 in the Ukraine and came to Canada as a baby in 1926.
This amazing and much loved man will be missed by his daughter Nancy Fletcher and son Allen; his wife Irene and her family; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
George was always the one to call if you needed something fixed and was the favourite with everyone he met. He was a most valued member of the Elks and Vintage Car Club and was always available to do what was needed. George was so sad to hear of Ted Garnett's recent passing as they had worked together for many years and he always appreciated his generosity.
George was sadly predeceased by his son Norm and ex-wife Della. He outlived all his siblings and we were blessed to have him for as long as we did. He slipped away peacefully of natural causes at the age of 92 years. "Love you Dad."
