Jim passed away on February 22, 2018 at Westview Place in Penticton at the age of 95 years.
A Memorial Service is planned for 2:00 PM April 20, 2018 at Air Force Association of Canada 890 Wing, 126 Dakota Ave, Penticton, BC.
