Joe is survived by his son, Rick (Sue) and grandson, Devon; daughter, Lisa; brother, Manuel (Lourdes); sister, Celeste; sister-in-law, Maria; nephew, Victor (Vivian) and their son, Shaun; nephew, Frank; niece, Christina and her daughter, Stephanie.
He is predeceased by his partner, Liz McMurray and brother, John.
Joe will be greatly missed by his family and friends. At Joe's request no service will be held.
