November 25, 1963 - December 28, 2019
We've lost a man larger than life. Scott was enthusiastic, adventurous and fearless. His passion for life was "infectious". He created amazing friendships with all who crossed his path.
Scott loved new challenges whether in work or play. Everyday was an exciting opportunity to learn something new.
Born in Thompson, Manitoba, Scott and his family moved to Prince Rupert and Vancouver, finally settling in Penticton in 1974 where he graduated from Pen Hi in 1982.
Scott started his successful sign business 30 years ago and always valued giving his customers his best. He was a gifted designer and builder and took great pride in his hard work and achievements.
Scott had so many interests in life, it's hard to list them all. As a teen he loved to ski, raced motorbikes and even rebuilt a Mustang. Later in life, Scott loved scuba diving, sailing, snowmobiling, quadding, the Vees and so much more. Scott loved to travel - exploring cities, lakes, mountains and oceans. Australia had a special place in his heart. Scott had boundless energy and it was hard keeping up with him.
Scott leaves behind his loving wife, Sandra, of 21 years and special boys, sons Donovan and Brady. Also missing him are his dad Lorne (Inga), brother Jeff (Linda), and extended family and close friends whom he dearly loved. Predeceased by his mom, Faye, earlier this year.
A private Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
His journey is not complete, Scott's memory will live on in all of us.
