August 31, 1930 - November 27, 2019
Lois passed away unexpectedly in the early hours of the morning, November 27, 2019. She was born in Prince Rupert on August 31, 1930, the oldest of two children. In 1956, with her husband, Elmer Edvall, and three-year-old daughter, she moved to Penticton, and loved living in "God's country".
She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Edvall (Eric), granddaughter Laurel, grandson Colin, and great-grandchildren Ariel, Caleb, Kiera, and William.
Lois enjoyed gardening, square dancing, knitting, bunka, word search puzzles, and a glass of wine with supper. Her quick wit and "straight from the shoulder" approach to life won her a lot of appreciation and many friends. She was known for replying "Almost perfect" any time she was asked how she was, and she will be sadly missed.
In respect to her wishes and beliefs, there will be no memorial service.
