Kaines died in his sleep on November 3rd 2018.
95 years old, he was born in Vernon on Feb. 27th 1923. Warren was predeceased by his wife Margaret in 2005, and his brother Bill in 2009.
Warren was an Okanagan Boy who lived large, he was always up for an adventure.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Penticton Legion on Nov. 19th at 1 pm.
