We have never had to call an ambulance before, but on March 10 I really needed help.
The dispatcher was efficient and friendly. Told me they were on their way.
Within a few minutes, the Okanagan Falls firemen and the ambulance people were here. Very professional and kind as they took care of us. In a few minutes they had Lloyd in the ambulance and away to the hospital.
