After reading the article (Penticton Western News, March 9, Program to target ‘rats of the sky’ where they roost) it had me wondering why the city hasn’t done anything about the rats on the ground.
This has cost individuals many hundreds of dollars, myself included, as when I moved here I was not aware of the problem. People refer to it as Penticton’s secret, well it’s not a secret anymore and people across Canada are aware of this and it will have an impact on our tourist traffic.
Surely there is something can be done.
