It’s not easy being a goaltender, but Riley McIntosh was able to keep focus for his turn in the position at the Penticton Christian School’s annual Sports Day.
A Grade 4 student, McIntosh stepped up to mind the net during a friendly game of soccer against his classmates on Oct. 2. His confidence and focus paid off and the day was an overall success, according to Tania Dicer, with the school.
Dicer said Sports Day is a great way for the students to bond and connect while they practice their athletic skills in friendly competition.
