The Penticton midget Heat lacrosse team managed won win during provinciasl in Prince George last weekend.
The Heat defeated the Port Coquitlam Saints 8-7 on July 24 to open the championship. The Heat then lost 6-4 to the Semiahmoo Rock later in the afternoon and 10-8 to the Nanaimo Timbermen on July 25.
Going into the championship, coach Dan Chetner said he wanted to get the best he could out of his players.
