The Penticton Lakers senior boys basketball team has two challenging league games this weekend as they host South Kamloops on Friday and North Kamloops on Saturday. Lakers coach Dustin Hyde said their goal is to close out the season on a winning streak.

The Lakers recently secured third place in the Okanagan Division standings when they defeated 85-61 against the Rutland Voodoo. Derek Wolf led the Lakers offence with 23 points, five assists and four steals. Mitch Jacobsen scored 16 points and collected 12 rebounds.

The Lakers play Friday at 7:45 p.m. and Saturday at 1:45 p.m.
