Penticton’s Andi Naude finished the FIS World Cup season in fourth place in the general rankings.

Naude competed on the weekend in Megéve, France with a fifth place finish in the last race of the World Cup season in dual moguls.

Naude was the top placed Canadian on the tour, with Olympic silver-medallist Justine Dufour-Lapointe finishing in fifth in the final rankings.

Mikael Kingsbury, whose coach is Penticton’s Rob Kober, won the dual moguls season finale in France. The Olympics gold medallist finished the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup season in first.

With the FIS World Cup season now over, the national team skiers will join moguls hopefuls at the Canadian Championships, held in Jasper, Alta. from March 22 to 25. The event marks the end of the 2017/2018 season.
