March 18 — Folk/country/bluegrass trio Sunday Mornin’ String Band play The Elite with special guest Indestructable Johnny.

March 18 — Ron Nelson in Concert 7 p.m. at Adventist church 290 Warren Ave. W. Ron Nelson is a committed Christian singer/songwriter and has performed throughout Canada, the U.S. and abroad .This is a free concert. All welcome.

March 18 — Ben Caplan and the Casual Smokers come to the Dream Café.

March 22 — Bill Durst comes to the Dream Café. Premium seats $30, wing seating $15.

March 24 — Juno winners The Road Hammers come to the Mule Concert House with 100 per cent of proceeds going to the Centre for Epilepsy and Seizure Education in B.C. Tickets $49.

March 24 — Harpdog Brown comes to the Dream Café. Premium seats $39, wing seating $24.

March 25 — The Justin Glibbery Quartet featuring Yanti entertain the Dream Café.

March 26 — Rosemary and the Sweet Sound Revival come to the Concordia Lutheran Church at 6:30 p.m. Tickets by donation.

March 25 — Lakeman play with openers Rainboard at The Whole.

March 31 — The Mule Concert House presents Yukon Blonde. Tickets $15, $20 at the door.Available at The Mule, online, at the Grooveyard and Mosaic Books.

April 2 — Three-time Juno nominees Sultans of String come to Medici’s Gelateria and Coffee house at 7:30 p.m.

April 8 — Penticton Academy of Music presents the Penticton Youth Choir with special guests, the Okanagan Children’s Choir from Kelowna and the Summerland Children’s Choir. Performance of Spring Chorus at 4 p.m. at St. Saviour’s Church, 150 Orchard St. Penticton.

April 10 — City and Colour comes to the South Okanagan Events Centre.

April 13 — Jazz at Zia’s in Summerland featuring The Allan Crossley Jazz Quartet starting at 7 p.m. Cover charge is $10. For reservations call 250-494-1105.

April 21 — Winnipeg’s roots and blues powerhouse singer Patrick Alexandre comes to the Dream Café.

May 12 — Masterworks Ensemble presents an evening of bird and nature-inspired music at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Proceeds benefit multiple bird and conservation groups.

March 17 — The Penticton Art Gallery opens Grassland, a cannabis-infused exhibition, with an opening party starting at 8 p.m.

March 18 — Thrash Wrestling returns to the Penticton Legion March 18. Doors at 7 p.m. show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance or four for $50 available at The Grooveyard or the Legion.

March 18 — Beginner ukulele workshop with Yanti from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Leir House Cultural Centre. Funds go towards the Leir House. Cost is $50 per person including a loaned ukulele and a snack.

March 18 and 19— Spring Things Art and Crafts show at the Leir House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

March 27 — Comedian Tim Nutt comes to The Barking Parrot. Tickets $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Tickets at the Lakeside Resort.

April 1 — Opening reception for Emily Carr Paints the Okanagan at the Front Street Gallery from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
