When Thrash Wrestling returns to its “favourite city” in 2024, they’ll be bringing a few ladders along with them.

The Okanagan-based promotion is coming to Penticton’s Luso Canadian Multicultural Society on Saturday, Jan. 13.

“Last year was a successful year for Thrash Wrestling in its favourite city with not one, but two huge shows at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre and a multitude of sold-out events at our beloved Luso Multicultural Centre,” the promotion says in a press release.

“We plan on making 2024 even bigger and better thanks to our wonderful fans and supporters.”

Thrash’s show this weekend will feature a ladder match between Michael More and current champion Sean Gasto.

The action-packed night in the ring will also welcome fan favourites like “The Vixen” Jade, Summerland’s Braydon Goss, and Collin Cutler.

The organization most recently came to Penticton in November, when it brought former WWE superstar Austin Aries to the city’s trade and convention centre. Nick Szalanski, lead promoter, said attendance records for Thrash Wrestling were set that night.

Tickets for this weekend’s show are $20 and available online at ticketseller.ca or at One Boardshop in Penticton.

Available tickets at the door for the all-ages event are $25.
