On Feb. 22, the National Energy Board (NEB) returned their report on the Trans Mountain Pipeline and support the expansion of the project.
The pipeline construction was halted by the Federal Court of Appeal in August 2018 after a panel of three judges found the review of the proposal by the NEB flawed. The court concluded that the federal government failed in its duty to engage in meaningful consultations with the First Nations before approving the project.

The report now adequately states the environmental impact the proposed pipeline would have. So are you in favour of the project continuing or would you like to see it stopped altogether?
